Phyllis Sinclair Music recognizes the lives and numerous contributions of Indigenous people whose ancestors have breathed their DNA into the earth, air, and water of this, our mutual home, Canada. Treaty 6 territory, on which Phyllis Sinclair Music is situated , is the traditional home and gathering place of the Cree, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, Metis, Inuit, Dene and Nakota Sioux. We acknowledge those peoples who have shared, and cared for these sacred lands, planting richness in which we all thrive together.
