NEWCAP TELEVISION FEATURE
The music of Phyllis Sinclair will be featured in a Newcap TV entertainment series, set for airing in August. The one hour tv series will air from coast to coast. Stay tuned for details. Thanks to John Calverley, Moni Mathew, Arun Bhaumik and Alain "Lex" Arseneau. Here's a sneak peek.
ALL ABOARD
Phyllis provided onboard entertainment aboard Via Rail's historic "The Canadian" from Toronto to Vancouver from July 17 -22, 2010. The staff of Via Rail were friendly and helpful. The shows were well attended. A success all around. Huge thanks to Via Rail and those who attended the shows.
LAND DOWN UNDER
Phyllis' Australian Gold Coast tour kicks off in Brisbane on August 22nd and winds up in Maroochy on September 25th. Check out the Sonicbids Calendar above for dates and details.
NEW CD
Tracks are being laid, as we speak, for Phyllis' next CD, "Dreams of the Washer Women. This album is slated for release in November 2010. Stay posted for details.
MAKE ALZHEIMER'S A MEMORY
The Life in the Years project is a collaboration between Musicians for a Cause and the Moore's Center. Proceeds from Life in the Years, and More Life in the Years cd sales will go toward fighting Alzheimer's Disease. All songs on the cd's honor the elderly. I am pleased to have been selected to contribute to More Life in the Years with my song "The Manicure". Purchase a cd and help us make Alzheimer's Disease a memory.

RUPERT SONGS
It's been said that imitation is the best form of flattery. If that's that case, then I am deeply flattered. A couple of years ago I was contacted by The Prince Rupert Rotary Choir with a request to perform my song, "North Coast Fisher Wife's Prayer". Well, they did one better. The Prince Rupert Rotary Choir recorded North Coast Fisher Wife's Prayer as part of Rupert Songs, a collection of songs about Prince Rupert, BC.
